The whole process was good, not until the third stage with another interviewer. He came in late, was sloppy, rude and unprofessional. He didn’t even know which stage of the interview it was, and didn’t even know if the candidate had submitted the coding assignment even though it was already submitted. I guess the saying “when the cat’s away, the mice will play” is true. I bet he doesn’t understand c++ either. Utterly unqualified and unprofessional personnel as a talent acquisition lead.

Get to know first chat that was done via online zoom call. Asked basic crypto questions such as crypto exchanges. Was unable to answer some questions that were more technical.
