First I got a call from someone sort of like a pre-screen call and they asked me questions and liked my answers. So they made an another phone appointment with another person that would interviewing me. So that meant I passed the interview. Since it's was after Covid times I didn't have to meet them in person.

Virtual interview. Very simple easy questions based on customer service and patient empathy. This company is looking for compassionate individuals that have good bedside manner. They will ask if you’re willing to work at multiple clinics and work split shifts if necessary.
