The process was brief. Just between me and the interviewer. What was astonishing during the process some of the ridiculous requirements and preference for only native English speakers. This is what disqualified me from securing the position as I was later told. I thought the requirement was derogatory, prejudice and lacked guidelines for Equal Employment Opportunities.
