First was hr one introduce your self, then interview with the technical team leader took about 2 hr asking technical questions and some SQL database design,
finally an interview with Technical manager asking about my IQ and what is the output of this code?

It was so useful as the interviewer tells you more information about the question that increases your knowledge and gives you the bigger picture about the topic your were asked about

phone screening and then tech interview then hr interview, usually you will make these interviews in different days but in my case was the same day and i received the result next day

I had an HR interview. Then technical interview with a senior member. Both interviews were smooth and friendly. They took place remotely over MS Teams. The time between each interview was about a week.
