Lack of structure and communication across the process. The recruiters at LinkedIn are nowhere what they pretend to be on LinkedIn. They don’t sound like advisors to the hiring manager but rather messengers with little to no job specific crucial information holders.
Initial call from the recruiter was very basic. Hiring manager walked in 4 mins late and left no time for my questions.
