I was screened by HR then had another interview with HR. I was then told to do a 2-hour online assessment and lastly I had an interview with the CEO. Overall the calls were not great because they all had a lot of background noise. It was hard to hear and showed lack of thought. What was surprising is that the people I interviewed with, although active on LinkedIn, they did not list themselves working for Linnovate and it made me wonder why the secrecy. Other employees claimed to be over worked and that overtime is expected on a frequent basis. There was no follow up after my interview with the CEO and I’m glad.
