They interviewed me 3 times and I still wasn't offered a job. Each time they interviewed me at the end of the interview they would tell me what I would be doing. My last interview they told me we will call you in on Monday for a drug test. I heard nothing back from them.

The interview was with HR and a manager. They did not have a formal plan or direction, just felt like it was something they had to do. I think the people interviewing were trying as well as they could. But, HR didn't really know what they were doing and the other manager in the room kept waiting for HR to take the lead.
