Lack of communication by recruiter. I interviewed for one role and then was set up for an interview for a different role and different manager without explanation of the switch. And no update for the initial role. I had no idea the next interview was for a different role. Recruiter no followed up after or replied to my two messages to close the loop. Also hiring manager is not open to introducing candidates to a peer as part of the hiring process.
