no interview, just an exam. if you fail, they let you reapply probably until they find someone. I think they do weekly batches of tests.

Interview process consists of passing the raters exam. Raters exam is a mock-up of how the actual job looks like, but you need to prepare well beforehand to be able to understand the nature of the tasks well and pass the exam within the given time.
