In order to reach the interview , you must first apply with a CV. If they like your profile, you start the process. They send you a text book that you need to know before the entering quiz. There is no 1:1 or group interview. All you need is a cv + text book studying

You have an entire text book with rules and best practices to study. It's around 120 pages. Not very difficult since contains also examples.
