Ho presentato la mia candidatura di persona. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso LionsBot (Singapore) nel mese di ago 2020
Colloquio
Many rounds of interviews. Interviewer never on time. Request to work overtime till like 10 pm just because they are still a startup. Working location out of nowhere. Staff are paid low. Demand for high output/kpi yet pay $2.8k per month
The interview process was smooth and professional. HR was very supportive, the communication was clear, and the steps were well-organized. It felt more like a conversation focused on my skills and interest in robotics rather than a stressful evaluation. Overall, it gave me a very positive impression of LionsBot’s culture.

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso LionsBot (Singapore) nel mese di set 2025
Colloquio
Interviewed by the Lead software developer and the Software Head at LionsBot online. Started with some HR interview questions followed by a technical test and some technical questions related to the test. Technical test was on CodeSandbox and consisted of 3 tasks for frontend development:
-Making the border of a product Card highlighted when clicked and updating the total price with the product's price
-Making the 2-column product UI responsive by switching to a single-column layout on mobile viewports(specific width and height dimension)
-Bonus task that I can't remember(didn't implement)

Are you going through interviews with any other companies right now? Where do we stand?
A lot of candidates would tell us that they can learn new tech stacks very quickly and yet on the job they can't manage. But at LionsBot you have to learn new tech stacks. So can you describe how you managed to overcome a steep learning curve when you had to learn a new tech stack?
If you were to implement an infinite loading UI like Facebook, the page might use a lot of RAM and start to lag after you scroll down a lot. How would you resolve this performance issue?
