Thank you for providing feedback on our recent assessment day. We appreciate that with any selection process, unsuccessful candidates may be disappointed, and we’re always open to feedback to help us improve our recruitment process and the experience for potential new employees at Liquid Personnel.
The assessment day is an interesting way for us to assess potential new staff. We believe that when it’s done correctly, it can tell us a lot about candidates and their abilities. Each of the activities we ran on the day was designed to help us identify key skills and characteristics which will help people excel at Liquid, and although this might differ from a traditional recruitment process, we are happy to use innovative methods to spot talented individuals.
We’re sorry that you did not have a positive experience on this occasion, and we will take your feedback on board to ensure that all future attendees at similar events understand the purpose and structure of the day fully, and are clear that they are not guaranteed a 1-to-1 interview.
