Firstly, started with a brief phone call on understanding the job role. Moving ahead with 3 interviews with the Sr. Graphic Design, Associate Creative Director & the final one with the HR team. The entire process was fairly smooth and easy. They wanted to understand the kind of skills, knowledge and understanding I posses about the world of design and marketing.

The interview process was accommodating and well organized. The interviewers were professional, approachable. They kept me well informed at every stage. The interviews were engaging and offered constructive feedback, I liked how they created a dynamic conversation rather than a one-sided interrogation.
