Corporate person called me and we did a phone interview, then had an in store interview. Nothing to unexpected here other than it was my first job after college, so it was all new.

Interviews with 3 managers. Then recruiter gave me tests and the offer. Then 1 week later I started. It was very streamlined. Pretty basic corporate structure. So far I like it.
