First round included a quick 15 min phone call with the program manager getting to know each other, the company and specifics of the position - resume was brought to be reviewed by other analysts to be approved for next round Second round included talking to the other program manager that was about 30-45 min in which you answer some behavioral questions and explain background/current knowledge. They also explained about the DART program in more detail and talked about which rotational departments you would like to be a part of. Third round included interviews with potential departments you would start your rotational program with and was asked behavioral questions as well as technical questions.

Two informal phone calls, one formal interview. Very friendly people and typical questions for you to explain your experiences and strengths. Questions about what I want to do and where I could fit in the company.
