I got a leg in the door by knowing a sales associate and they had me apply online and then the GM called me and had me come in for a face to face. Brought in both sales managers and they asked a few questions. Super easy, they are desperate for help. Sales consultants have such a high turn over rate. They spent the majority of the interview selling me the job making sure I knew how much I would be making.
Remote interview went well and was very informative- great opportunities and was scheduled for second in person interview- the girl doing the interview was very sweet and seemed to love her job
