I interviewed with the Director of HR last Wednesday, and the conversation went very well. He mentioned that I would hear back by Friday or, at the latest, Monday regarding the next steps. However, I never received a follow-up. I reached out again the following Wednesday but haven’t heard back since. It seems this may be a pattern, as a friend of mine also experienced the same situation with this company. What’s most disappointing is that the director specifically said I did great and that they would definitely move me forward—only to then completely ghost me without even the courtesy of a follow-up or rejection email.
