Colloquio
Applied online and got a call two weeks later. It was a screening call asking qns like:
- introduce yourself/career plans
- why do you want to work here
- what are your goals, strengths
- what do you know about the company
- what experiences do you have similar to the applied position (leadership etc)
2nd face to face interview with an exec consultant and partner
- small take
- introduce yourself
- why do you wanna work here
- what experiences do you have similar to the applied position (leadership, managing clients, team etc)
- how can you add value to the role
- ten minute: write key activities to a project management question
- case study: 45 mins project management/costing/schedule (left alone to work it out)
- 15 mins presentation to executive and partner
It was a fairly quick selection process. One month from initial call to final outcome. The exec and partner were really nice. Answered all questions I had. Emails were replied to. Pleasant experience. Feedback was given as to why I didnt get the job (I screwed up case study. Answered from a technical (IT) perspective instead of PM) and was given closure 1.5 weeks after my interview. 99.99999% of HR don't tell you that you didnt get the job. They wont even reply to your email if you ask the outcome. So Litmus rep replying the outcome was a pleasant surprise. Good processes in place.

Colloquio
Not bad at all. All behavior based questions, no cases or quantitive component. IF you are comfortable then it is really just a chat 50% about you and 50% about Litmus.
