They give you a little slip that ask availability, references, name, the basics, etc. I turned it the next day and the GM asked me to come into the day after that. When I interviewed I interviewed with the GM and usually someone else was supposed to do it I believe. She really liked me and said they would call me in a week. They called me and asked for me to come in for a second interview so the person who regularly does it interviews me. It took about two minutes for him to interview me. He asked if I would be willing to work at another Little Caesars because that one needed help bad. I said yes. Then I was on my way with a job.
