Pretty easy and straightforward. Would be better if you have classroom experience or understand classroom management. My interviewer was lovely but I’ve heard nightmare scenarios from others. The interview was super informal, it lasted about 20 minutes and she asked me extremely general questions. If you practice, smile and speak slowly you’ll probably pass too

Very easy. Just asked for intro, why Korea, and then sold the school. nothing difficult at all, and gave a lot of time for questions that you have, so just prepare questions and you will be fine
