Super easy! Just be friendly and look happy and be positive and be ready to take initiative to help out in classrooms. The teachers love to see when the person taking initiative and not having to direct a person to do something!

Straightforward , make sure you have a knowledge of their company principles and a background in childcare. I believe it was two rounds of interviewing and shadowing but this was pre Covid times.
