I was selected for 2 interviews. The first interview was over the phone, with an administrator who was not involved in the Horticulture side of the organization. She asked specific questions about garden maintenance, writing down my answers to share with the others involved in the process. Second interview was done while walking around the island, with the Lead Horticulturist and another administrator. Questions were about experience and interest in the position. Seemed like they wanted to see you engage with and ask questions about the landscape on the island.
