Telephonic and then a trial in person. You will start with the phone call, or perhaps even an in-person meeting. After that, there will be a trial session where you will assist one of the coaches.

The process was by phone first which basically just set up the interview time and date to meet in person. The actual interview was fairly informal and was just a few questions about myself to figure out if I was a good personality fit. Then there is an onsite experience evaluation, where you're asked to coach or assist a shift and in the end, it is decided if you are a good fit.
