The interview process was the biggest waste of time. It spanned from October 2021 to July 2022. I went through 3 rounds of interviews and was told that they would love to have me on the team but that I would have to wait for the position to open up. After months of waiting and following up, I was told that I needed to interview a 4th time. I was expecting the interview to be reviewing job expectations and to receive an offer, but it was another clinical interview. After going through this entire process and having my time wasted, I was told that I was not being considered for the position. Start-ups can definitely waste your time like this. Be aware and do not count on anything they tell you until you have an offer letter in your hand. Also, 4 rounds of interviews for a position that doesn't pay competitively is absurd to me.
