We met outside and sat at a picnic table. The director was very nice. She asked about different ways to handle difficult behavior at different ages. She asked about the difference between collectivist and individualistic cultures. It's a very international community, so they want someone with diverse experience and knowledge.

Was shortlisted for an on-site interview. However, the first thing the interviewer said was that I was not qualified for the position I applied for. Was offered a different position or to take a low salary. Waste of time.
