Two rounds of interviews. They seemed extremely excited after the first round and asked me to come in for a second. Was interviewing for a Design Manager position but for some reason my interview panel kept referring and bring up questions related to project management. All bar one person on the panel seemed relatively clueless about why exactly I was there! Worse part was that HR went incommunicado post the interview which seemed a bit unprofessional but perhaps that's how some firms operate.

2 round interview. Very bad experience with HR. The were very stingy when it came to compensation. I had a bad experience during the process. I could see it was not very organized. Rejected the offer.
