The interview process was of 3 rounds. First was an semi formal call. The second was in person and more detailed with some small tests, questions related to field, experience, qualification, etc. Third was a call from HR.
The Interviewer was rather detailed in explanation of the job description and the tasking. He also shared the benefits of the company and etc. There are severals rounds of interview before providing the employment letter.
