The first interview is very informal so no need to panic. They'll just take a look at your CV and they accept fresh grads so that's great if you just got out of university. The second stage they'll take you out on the field and you can see how the company operates. Then they'll give you set tasks and 10 questions to answer like "Define Marketing". Camilla was a great mentor and she fully gave me the information I needed. She answered all of my queries and gave honest answers which was wonderful.
