We have a very extensive and transparent interview process to allow us to provide candidates with a thorough insight into what we do and what the role would involve. We are very happy to answer any questions. We want candidates to be fully informed to make sure we are a good match for each other. As with every company, we are unable to offer everyone who interviews a position. The top 10% from the preliminary interview will make it to round 2, with that number dropping by round 3.
