30-min phone screen with recruiter and then 1-hour zoom interview with hiring manager. The zoom interview was pretty standard behavioral & accounting questions, but the hiring manager and recruiter were not on the same page, so the recruiter had posted and discussed an accounting manager position with me, however, the hiring manager during the interview was under the impression they were hiring a senior accountant. Based on the different levels of experience for those two positions, the job description, duties, and compensation were not similar. After the hiring manager noted that they were actually hiring for a lower position, I did not hear from them or the recruiter again, not even to apologize for the mix-up and waste of my time.

Two people interviewed people and asked typical questions. One of the guys was super nice, the other person was not as engaging . Overall just a regular interview. In addition, it was a zoom interview.
