Interview was very casual. Talked about my experiences, expectations on the job, hours and availability, and pay. No personality questions or ‘what’s your biggest strength/weakness’ type of questions. They gave a tour of the facility and explained how everything would work, schedules, and my jobs role.

Very simple interview. Brought me into a VIP room and just asked about my experiences/why I wanted the job. They we're hiring a bunch of stagehands and techs so the interview wasn't too complicated.
