I was not in Kitchener/Waterloo so phone interview. Easy hiring process since the manager does not know much himself. Good for your first job but would not recommend beyond that.
I applied online and the employer does not ask technical question and questions are based on your resume and yourself. It is a good start if you don't have any experience.
