The interview process is standard with a recruiter sync, hiring manager interview, director level interview, final panel with project presentation. The whole process lasted from June 2025 - Nov 2025. I was initially rejected, but was asked to interview with the hiring manager a month later.
Each interview focused on how to handle difficult clients or client situations, with a mix of behavioral (tell me about a time when) and hypothetical. The final project / round consisted of doing a mock client kick off call to present to a panel of 4.
Everyone I spoke to was great and very engaging and I walked away from each conversation feeling really good about it. The final round was validating and well received. However, it took 1.5 months for them to get back to me only to tell me they are going with other candidates. Little to no updates from recruiting. So it seemed like they were keeping me in their back pocket but maybe waiting for someone better?
People were very nice! Process was not ideal.

Fair process. there were 3 rounds and each round you met with 2-3 people. overall it was a great process and I have no complaints. I did not accept the role because of salary.
