Online coding round on codility.
1.> Find a valid sub-sequence.
2.> Find the minimum length of array that needs to be sorted to make the entire array sorted.
They replied within 2 days for a telephonic interview. The interviewer seemed uninterested in talking and felt he is forced to take the interview. I answered both the questions correctly but I did not get any positive vibes. Got a reject mail after 2 days

I was asked 2 questions in the telephonic interview.
1.> Card puzzle as posted by everyone. There are 4 cards in a room. How many cards would you flip to correctly determine an assertion.
2.> Find the kth smallest number in array of size n with O(n) time complexity.
"The interview process starts with a hiring manager call, followed by the first technical interview, then a second technical interview, and concludes with a final hiring manager discussion covering various topics."

straightforward when i was there. phone screen and an onsite. the on site is whiteboarding algorithms. there is also system design and behavioral sessions. they respond quickly afterward. great team.
