Recruiter call scheduled a week after my application then I was put in touch with someone on the team a week later. To be honest, the process is extremely pretentious to me. They ask brain teasers and if Google's done away with this what makes LiveRamp think it's still a good idea. What you have then is an environment of people that are ALL the same. No business can reach it's full potential when everyone is THE EXACT same. I was able to answer the question but I was no longer interested in continuing. Don't apply unless your a pretentious Ivy League grad (I have a degree from Harvard) but I don't like to be around stuffy - condescending people. My degree and education is only a part of me, just as someones ability to answer a random question doesn't speak to their work. Develop a new system or you guys will reach a point of stagnation sooner than you think. Believe the reviews, it might be a good place to work but the interview process speaks volumes about the company itself. I won't be applying again and I discourage any others interested to listen to a lot of these reviews. Don't feel subjected to someone's games. LIVERAMP: Google has done away with brain teasers maybe you should do the same.

Overall decent, most of my interviewers were kind and respectful. I had one interviewer that seemed like they would rather do literally anything else in the world and had an enormous ego from start to finish. Was really offputting and I was surprised when they mentioned they were a mentor to many in the program.
