For a company poised to be a leader, their recruiting teams are unorganized, unprofessional and 100% terrible at their job, which is to inform and support you in the interview process. This company needs to get their teams together for when candidates take the time to meet with various teams like over the course of months and then create a presentation, then present and spend 2+ hours onsite - make sure everyone who needs to be invited is aware of the interview. Everything from the initial phone call to being passed to two recruiters for two roles was unorganized. Having to come back in twice for extra meetings because they confessed they screwed up scheduling was mind blowing. Then when it was narrowed to one role was told its the offer stage by the recruiter who soon after totally ghosted me. For weeks.
Pass on this company. Don’t waste your time with people who don’t value yours. This was so.
