Hiring process is same as what others have mentioned. However, I think their hiring process is more of a publicity or marketing than actually hiring people for company. First written interview (which is sent automatically by a bot) is same for atleast last 2 years. I know people who interviewed multiple times and got reject after second round even when they did very well in interview. You can check from the glassdoor itself about how many offers they actually gave - none in atleast first 2-3 pages.
"The interview process starts with a hiring manager call, followed by the first technical interview, then a second technical interview, and concludes with a final hiring manager discussion covering various topics."

straightforward when i was there. phone screen and an onsite. the on site is whiteboarding algorithms. there is also system design and behavioral sessions. they respond quickly afterward. great team.
