I applied online and soon got an online test. The online test had 10 multi-choice questions and is not difficult. I soon got an email to schedule a phone interview the next day. Another next day I received the phone call for interview. He asked me background introduction, and a technical question (very vague), and some Q&A about the company. The conversation lasted for only 15 minutes and he said we have time constraint and bye bye. I don't think they are seriously hiring people. How can a company evaluate people in just 15 minutes?

Implement a data structure with operation/deletion/checking existence. How? If the data structure is full when you insert a new item, what are you going to do?

straightforward when i was there. phone screen and an onsite. the on site is whiteboarding algorithms. there is also system design and behavioral sessions. they respond quickly afterward. great team.
