Had a online test followed by two phone interviews. Failed the second phone interview. First two are definitely used to screen most candidates. My advice is to be careful on those two. The questions are simpler, but still easy to make mistakes on. Based on the second phone interview, it looked like they weren't looking for just the right answers but also the right personality. Also, If you comb through all the interview reviews here, you'll find most the questions.

straightforward when i was there. phone screen and an onsite. the on site is whiteboarding algorithms. there is also system design and behavioral sessions. they respond quickly afterward. great team.
