First phone interview was with HR personal, they asked basic questions such as what makes me qualified for this job. Then was sent a 5 questions via e-mail to answer before phone interview with hiring manager. Second phone interview with hiring manager, questions about my work experience and skills. Interview went well and manager said he wanted to have me come in for a formal interview. Never heard back form manager or HR, even called and left messages with both of them. Thought it was very rude not to contact me and at least tell me the job had been filled.
