      Ho presentato la mia candidatura di persona. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Lloyd's (Bruxelles)

      Negative experience with Lloyd’s based on the following facts :
 - Interviewers set a date for the interview without beforehand checking your availability nor suggesting slots for this meeting. - Interviews are not only challenging as stated in the website but also "aggressive" : in fact, interviewers neither tell you about themselves nor let you know more about the job and what it entails. The candidate is not given the opportunity to introduce himself properly: instead, he is informed that the meeting will precisely last 30mins in which he is bombed with several questions. 
This being a 30 mins interview, the candidate is thus expected to comply with the timer when asking his questions at the end of the interview. Whereas you need to assess the conciseness of the candidate and his ability to cope with pressure, this is absolutely critical for those who are truly motivated and willing to to serve your brand while also being very sensitive about working in a healthy workplace.
 - The candidate does not get a response to his personalized e-mail following the interview : this is not about giving hope. This is only about showing respect to someone who has truly shown consideration for your company and your time
 - Not personalized email for the final decision, no further details. And this is also disappointing all the most when the candidate expresses this need and shows his ability to question himself and to accept criticism. This is also critical because bravery is one of Lloyd's values and this also includes giving a transparent feedback.
 I wish you all the best for your future endeavors and I hope this feedback, negative but only based on real facts, will enable you to provide other candidates with a better experience.
