Phone interview basic questions, was in two parts first my motivation as to why im applying, then secondly a few normal run of the mill competancy based questions. Such as why Lloyds banking group, what do we do, why us and not our competitors, how are we different, also as I was applying for the corpoarte markets position they asked me why this area? Guy on the phone was really friendly and helpfull. Got an email the early next morning saying I was through to the assesment centre.
