Process was a face to face interview with hiring manager followed by telephone interview with senior manager. 1st interview was very informal and second was very scripted. It felt like I could have said anything as there were no follow up questions to any of my answers. The background check and offer process was very slow with very little communication. On-boarding took over 6 weeks.
