First was application and then assessments online. Then had to do a video interview followed by an assessment centre where you had to do a written exercise, a one to one interview, a group task and a presentation.

I felt the whole time I very much needed to buzz say words on the hr sheet to be successful. Appeared more interested in ticking off buzz words then hearing what you had to say. Seemed very generic

1 hour and 45 minutes, consisting of 1:1 chat, what are your key strengths, how do you keep motivated? ... presentation based on first 90 days in the role, then straight into 'interview' which was to to discuss your experience and examples of judgement, drive, motivation and influence.
