Applied online, went through online screening then was invited to Cultural Assessment and Numerical Reasoning tests. After the tests, you get sent a report highlighting your strengths. Next stage was a video interview with around 12 questions - 30 seconds to prepare then 90 seconds to answer, no re-recording allowed. Not a huge fan of video interviews myself!
