3 stage interview process. Initial profiling interview, followed by a technical interview and then a role fit and cultural alignment interview. Recruitment partner was upfront throughout the whole process however my only negative was it took about 2 months end-to-end.

Questions varied per interview. Initial interview talked about previous experience and what I could bring to the team and the Group. Second (technical) was specific questions which assessed my technical ability and understanding. Final interview was asked to put together a presentation specific to the role and also cultural alignment quesitons such as "tell me about a time when..."
