Great, it was very personal. The interviewer made it a comfortable environment. This allowed it to be very easy to answer questions honestly. Was not a stressful interview, was only 30 min long.
I submitted a resume via indeed.
Received a call back a few days later. Interviewed with HR hiring manager. Asked mostly basic and general questions about work ethic and motivations.
Received offer a few days later.
Basic interview questions getting to know you and your background. Some questions were difficult for some if you have never had an interview before. It was fun and the job is great

Good I got referred from a friend so hiring process was quick. Loblaws is a good job and the position I was in was easy and it was a good opportunity.
