,She was very comfortable and kind person to talk with, she started asking me easy questions like introduce your self, how do deal with difficult customer.

Applied through their website and an AI bot will filter out your answers to see if you qualify for an interview. You also do a personality test and then if your resume qualifies, you will be asked to select an interview time. The interview was very short and simple.

You get interviewed only once (maybe for higher positions its different) and you get the job so easy, its just a matter of getting that first initial interview. A Mcdonalds interview asked me more lol. After you get hired, you get 4 hour training which is basically just you reading and answering very simple questions.
