Got a phone call for the phone screening with HR and went to one interview with the hiring manager. But they didn't follow up or reply to me after the interviews they just ghosted.

Applied internally and got interview. There was no HR portion. There were many others who applied for the same position. They were looking to hire internally; which is something that is very common to Loblaw. Interview took about 30/40 minutes. Offer was given a few days after - would suggest you go back and negotiate salary as they tend to lowball you on the first offer. There are always other things to ask for besides base salary.
