- Initial conversation with recruiter and follow up call going through the role, and your experience and fit in more detail.
- First interview with LPPI is pretty standard. Why ESG, why LPPI, your experience etc.
- Next stage is a case study on a company. They make you send this as a word document which should have been my first red flag. You then present the case study to LPPI.
- Next stage is apparently a final interview with more experienced team members; however, I didn’t make it this far because the recruiter and company ghosted me after the presentation. I’ve just seen that the vacancy’s been up for about 6 months, which makes me think they’re just interviewing people for their work without the intention of actually hiring anyone.

First of all, we are sorry that you feel that the interview experience was a poor one. We expect our partner agencies to give detailed feedback to all candidates, whether they are successful in being offered the position or not. Thanks for taking the time to give this feedback.
